Privacy policy

1. Introduction

The Protokolka app respects your privacy. All data entered while creating reports — text, photographs, electronic signatures and the generated PDFs — is stored exclusively on the user’s device and never leaves it; the operator has no access to it.

2. Roles of the operator and the user

The app is only a software tool for creating handover reports. In relation to the personal data contained in those reports, the data controller is the user who creates the report.

3. What data the app processes

Third-party processing concerns only the Pro subscription, anonymous analytics and independent purchase verification. The content of the reports never leaves the device.

• Report content — on the device only.
• Pro subscription — processed by the App Store or Google Play.
• Anonymous analytics — stability and crash reports with no identifiers.

4. User rights

A user can delete individual reports or all app data at any time, uninstall the app, or contact the operator with any privacy question.
