Whether you are handing over a rental, taking over a new flat, or documenting the condition of a property for both tenant and landlord, the app walks you through the whole handover step by step and generates a clean PDF ready to sign.
All data stays on the device — text, photos, signatures and the finished PDFs. Nothing is uploaded anywhere and I have no access to it.
