1. Introduction

The Go&Rest app respects your privacy. Ordinary use of the app requires no personal data — the only processing relates to the optional advertising described below, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data the app processes

The app lets you create and store interval workout settings. This information is not personal data, serves only to run the app, and is not linked to an e-mail address or any other identifier.

3. Storing and deleting data

All workout data is kept locally on the device. Deleting the app or clearing its data in the phone settings removes everything permanently.

4. Advertising and premium voice activation

The app offers the option to voluntarily watch a short video ad through Google AdMob. Once it finishes, the premium voice guide is enabled for 7 days. The feature is entirely optional.

Consent to personalised advertising can be withdrawn at any time.
Non-personalised advertising does not use the advertising identifier.
Not using the ads has no effect on any other timer feature.
